  OK, this just rattles my nerves. This company did a prewire on my home that was completed back in April 2014. I know that was a while ago, but hear me out. Problem #1 they installed 2 keypads and 1 never worked. I just switched over to a new alarm company a couple of months ago (new keypads that work). I decided not to do a review because I normally don't. Well not until I finally had the chance to begin on my home theater room which I also had prewired by them. I let Shawn know at the time I wanted a 5.1 prewire. The problem I have is whoever ran the speaker wire to the RL channel didn't leave speaker wire. Well there is a couple of inches there but not even enough to pull out to connect any type of speaker. I paid these guys to do a job. Yes it was a while ago, but I'm just seeing this. Plus my rear speaker wires are only ran 2/3rds of the ceiling. It should've be ran to the back wall.
