  My phone stopped working, and I needed a replacement in a hurry. Jacob, the T-Mobile staff member who helped me, got me back in business in no time. He was very friendly and helpful. Like so many people these days, I'm dependent on my phone and internet connection for work. During Hurricane Irma, my Xfinity Broadband went offline. However, my T-Mobile hotspot still worked. I only have good things to say about T-Mobile and my experience today at the store with Jacob. Thank you for your help.
