MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS TOLD WHEN SHE SWITCHED HER PLAN FROM VERIZON TO SPRINT THAT THEY WOULD BUY OUT HER CONTRACT AND THEY DID NOT NEED HER OLD PHONE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T USE A VERIZON PHONE. TWO MONTHS LATER HER VERIZON BILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY NEED A PHONE THAT THEY DIDN'T NEED TWO MONTHS AGO. OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF HER HEART SHE GAVE THE PHONE TO A YOUNG MAN WHO HAS AUTISM AND NOW WE HAVE TO ASK HIM FOR THE PHONE BACK. SHAME ON YOU SPRINT!!!!!
