  O.K. have you been to Sears lately. Frankly, I had forgotten about Sears. Around January I went into Sears for a dolly cart. Really out of frustration. Lowe's and Home Depot both had the cart. Problem was that no one wanted to help at either store. I saw online that Sears had the same cart so I went to take a look. At first it was weird, these sales folks came out of nowhere. After remembering that's why I stopped by in the first place. After finding the same cart for 30 bucks less now I was really surprised. Didn't Sears use to have the highest price? Not anymore. They are aggressive with there prices and promos. Make sure to join the rewards card they have. I cant begin to tell you how good they have become there. Amazing. Is it too little to late. I hope not. It would be ashamed to see an American icon like this go away.

  My family has shopped in Sears for generations. I have been out of town caring for family and didn't have the chance to return 3 tops I purchased until today. All the tags still attached, never worn, still on the hangers with my reciept and they refused to let me return them. I was even willing to compromise and offered to settle with a merchandise credit and they still refused. Even after explaining the situation. I even spoke to one of the manager's. I was upset because I have spent thousands of dollars in Sears. The icing on the cake as I gathered my merchandise and started walking towards the exit I could hear the manager laughing at me in front of her co workers and other customers. I was humiliated. I will never give Sears another penny. I will also share this experience with all of my friends and family. Unacceptable customer service practices.
