  The only time I really do reviews is usually when I get bad service or if I have an issue with a company and it didn’t get resolved. But Marco from Floor Trader did an excellent job helping me out this past week with some flooring. I called the store and asked him a few questions about the type of flooring and what was the best application for my needs. He answered all my questions honestly and directly. A few days later I went to the store and he greeted me at the door and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Very prompt service. When they were loading my flooring into my truck. He noticed a rip on one of the boxes and immediately asked the loader to replace it. That’s unheard of. It took me 2 days to lay all my flooring down. And the quality of the materials was 2nd to none. I’ve laid floors down in a couple houses. And you’d expect to have a few planks here and there to be scratched or have some imperfections. But out of 17 boxes. I didn’t have one bad plank. I highly recommend this place and ask for Marco. Top notch service.
