  I went here with my boyfriend to talk about getting a tattoo after his first deployment when he returns. Months later I went in for the piercer to change my piercings from barbells to the captive ring's. What I took away from both experiences was the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was laid back but still professional. They take the time to know you and talk to you so you don't just feel like you're just doing business but that you're actually welcomed there and wanted. They are all knowledgeable in what they do. For all of my piercing needs as well as my tattoo ones I'm going to continue coming here.

  Katie did my piercings yesterday. I'm a huge baby when it comes to needles and have slowly been getting better (so this was huge for me). I'm also extremely sensitive to metal. She let me hold the jewelry for like 5 minutes just to make sure I wouldn't react to it, and was very sweet, and patient. All of my questions were answered, she was awesome at talking me through it which really helped to put me at ease. Katie and the other staff were very friendly yet professional and I'm happy I chose to come here! You guys are amazing!

  very unprofessional, I came with a party of 6 of which 3 people were going to get tattoos, they only had time for one. We were rushed and cursed at when I came to the room to tell my partner that I was going somewhere. After I posted my initial review I deleted it, the artist proceeded to screenshot and send it to my partner and say our business was not welcome there, furthering my views on the unprofessional artist and shop. Very displeased with the service and the piece, because of being rushed the artist was rough and the lines are as crooked as our current political schedule. In conclusion I would not recommend this shop, under any circumstance even as that “they’re the only shop accepting walk in” kind of thing. Make an appointment with your regular artist because I don’t want you to waste money on a rude staff and frankly mediocre artwork
