Not only did the 2 day job take 2 weeks, but then the salesman didn't measure correctly, so there wasn't enough tile. That wasn't ordered for 2 full days after they knew about it. then waited several days for that to come in. They never call you back. We placed 14 calls to them and got maybe 1 returned. No one ever answers the installer #. Then Robert and Jason told the installer that he wasn't to put shoe molding on, even though it was written on our work order. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Never deal with them again.
