  This business displays opposite of customer service. I went there to get a replacement for a battery that I purchased at another Batteries Plus a few years ago. The clerk told me that they were out of stock and would be by Friday. I asked him if I could go ahead and pay for the battery to make sure they held one for me and to exchange the core I had brought with me now and he said no. I asked him again telling him that I wouldn't be too happy if I returned Friday and they had already sold out and he told me that I couldn't purchase the battery now, nor could he process my core battery. The store at the River City Mall not only let me prepay for the battery but called me when it was available for pickup. It's either extremely lazy employees or unhelpful policies at this location.
